Beatrix has been a yoga practitioner for more that 28 years. She received her extensive yoga teacher training in India where she became certified in Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga Therapy and has been teaching locally and abroad for 12 years. She also holds certificates in Thai Yoga Massage and Ayurvedic Massage and is a member of the Natural Health Practitioner's Association of Canada.
In 2009, Beatrix was introduced to the incredible health benefits of Suspension Yoga and in 2010 she became the first instructor in Canada to begin offering Suspension Yoga classes in Toronto. She now facilitates Suspension Yoga Teacher Training programs both in Canada and abroad.

Jane Danielson is a dancer, Thai Massage practitioner and teacher of Yoga and dance to humans of all ages. After completing her BFA in dance at York University, Jane discovered Yoga to be a wonderful way to heal, balance and relax the body.
Jane has been inspiring kids in yoga and dance for over 12 years. She has taught children in ages ranging from 2 years old into the teens in both private and public schools, community centres and selected studios around Toronto. Jane's classes are playful and help children to develop skills for long-term health, coordination, creativity and the ability to work both independently and as well as in groups. Jane completed her certification training and is qualified to teach the OmGym Suspension System.

A yoga practitioner since 2003, Anuta was inspired to become a yoga instructor after becoming introduced to the OmGym Suspension System in the fall of 2010. After completing her Suspension Yoga teacher training, in April 2012, she went on to also acquire her 250 hr RYT with Downward Dog Yoga Studio and received her Prenatal Yoga instructor training at Yoga Space and is a graduate of the acclaimed Leslie Kaminoff Yoga Anatomy Course .
Anuta is the director of The Flying Yogi's Prenatal and Postnatal Suspension Program. Drawing from her personal experiences as a mom who practiced Hatha and Suspension Yoga during and after her pregnancies, Anuta has developed a unique program that enhances traditional prenatal yoga poses with the torso support of the OmGym Suspension Sling thereby allowing the pelvis to move more freely and also alleviating many of the common discomforts of pregnancy.
Anuta also designed and teaches Suspension Yoga for Runners and is the creative force behind The Flying Yogi's YouTube channel.
Lisa is a Sivanada-Certified Yoga Instructor, as well as a graduate of the Hatha, Vinyasa, and therapeutic-based Yoga Space Teacher Training program.
She has experience teaching Hot Yoga at various studios, and is particularly talented with easing beginners into practicing yoga in a heated room.
A hands-on teacher who believes in the healing power of therapeutic touch, Lisa brings elements of thai massage into all of her classes. Guided by the Buddhist principle of metta (loving-kindness), she creates a supportive and safe environment in which to explore and grow. Her classes focus on breathing, alignment, mindful movement, and love! She sees yoga asana as a vehicle for mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual transformation.
Polina Leibovskaia - Certified Suspension Yoga Trainer
Balance is what keeps Polina happy and a regular Yoga practice became a very important part in her life because it helped find the balance that keeps one calm, grounded and motivated. Polina chose to become a yoga instructor so that she could share this positive experience with others; encouraging them to feel good about moving their bodies and helping them to release the tension that builds up as a result of the daily grind. She presently teaches the Infrared Vinyasa Flow classes at The Flying Yogi for all level of students. Her classes focus on dynamic sequencing of yoga poses with synchronized breathing.
O.J. has been on a personal fitness voyage that has led him to try many different and physical activities, including weightlifting, circus acrobatics, beach volleyball, surfing, and certification in Suspension Yoga . An information geek at heart, he's familiarized himself with the rationale and physics behind various fitness programs with the goal of creating a time-efficient and fun fitness routine.
His classes are focused on building core strength and improving proprioception (body spatial awareness) developing in his students a core stability that they will allow them to excel in their own fitness escapades.
