That’s why we also provide Infrared Yoga classes in our studio, which are designed to directly heat the body without feeling uncomfortable. With the use of infrared heaters, which convert light directly to heat, you will feel the deep tissue warmth – helping you to relieve pain caused by sore muscles and stiffness. Infrared Yoga is also the most effective way of helping the body’s natural processes kick in to eliminate toxins through sweat. As your muscles and internal organs will be gently warmed, you will feel incredible.
