Anyone attending these retreats is responsible for their own travel with medical insurance.  One never knows what can happen and it is best to be be prepared for unforeseeable expenses caused by flight cancellations, lost baggage, injury or illness while traveling to or on the retreat. Attendees must complete and submit all necessary forms and waivers before participating at and of The Flying Yogi retreats. 

Cancellation Policies :
RETREATS
In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following fees apply:

1. a) Cancellation 14 days or less before retreat start date – not eligible for transfer *
2. b) Cancellation 15 to 28 days before retreat start date – 25% transferable balance to another retreat date within one year 
3. c) Cancellation 29 to 60 days before retreat start date, 50% transferable balance to another retreat date within one year*We understand that life happens and if a need to cancel under 14 days arises due to an illness, a doctor’s note would be accepted to receive credit.
   

In the event that a customer must cancel, their spot may be transferable to someone not yet registered in the current or a future retreat should there be any, and assuming that individual is of sufficient age and wellness for the travel and services being delivered. In the event that a course or holiday is transferred to another party, the transferable amount will comply with the terms set above and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. 

These terms are valid for up to 1 year of purchase after which the right to transfer to another retreat or party is forfeited.

PRIVATE BOOKINGS
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to any scheduled private sessions in order to receive credit. Any cancellations less than 48 hours will be subject to a rescheduling fee. No credits will be issued for missed appointments.

All sales are final and not eligible for a refund unless The Flying Yogi is responsible for not delivering a product, course, or event.  In cases where unexpected cancellations occur due to circumstances that are outside of The Flying Yogi’s realm of control such as Acts of God, Covid Shut-Downs or other similar circumstances, credits will be issued that can be used toward any other product or event without time limitations.
