Our Team

John

Host and Man with Many Hats

As an alumni of the renowned comedy troupe, Second City, and with years of experience in the hospitality industry due to many stints as an unemployed actor, John’s background has equipped him with a contagious sense of humour and charm which he brings to his many various duties at The Flying Yogi.

Daniel

King of the Road

Daniel LOVES to drive and he loves showing people a great time around the Yucatan. He can be helpful with translation, he’s very good with technology and, has an eclectic taste in music. Random Fact: on his travel playlist we might be listening one moment to Tears for Fears and then the next song could be a crazy Cumbia!

Needless to say, with Daniel at the wheel, you will never be bored. He will make sure that you have the best trip, eat the best food and receive the best advice on…well, pretty much anything! In fact, he will probably become your best friend before the week is out.
